Helpful Habits Workshop

This workshop is on self-improvement at work. Your starting point could be your appraisal feedback or your readiness for the next role. Whatever is holding you back! Whatever you aspire for!

Many of us –

  • want more than 24 hours in a day, so  they can get everything done.
  • want  to interact better! For some this means listening and asking questions. For others, speaking more and saying No!
  • want want more passion at work. A sense of purpose!

Habits are a 100 days project. This workshops is a one-day jump start, to your new helpful-to-you self-improvement Habit.

Broadly the workshop does 3 things –

  1. Helps you select, your best bet for habit change.
  2. Brings you up to speed on what is most likely to work. Make it into a 100 day action plan. Check out the Tools Tips and Tricks and expect even more, during the workshop.
  3. Helps you take ownership of the change you want for yourself.
