Host a Habits Workshops

Habit change is a 100 days project. The workshops are a one-day jump start.

Broadly the workshop does 3 things –

  1. Helps you select, your best bet for habit change.
  2. Brings you up to speed on what is most likely to work. Make it into a 100 day action plan. Check out the Tools Tips and Tricks and expect even more, during the workshop.
  3. Helps you take ownership of the change you want for yourself.

Healthy Habits Workshop is on wellness habits. Sleep, Nutrition, Exercise, Energy Levels, Motivation, Connection, Flow, Clarity, Balance.. These ring a bell, when something is missing. Not when all is well 🙁

Helpful Habits Workshop is on self-improvement at work. Your starting point could be your appraisal feedback or your readiness for the next role. Whatever is holding you back! Whatever you aspire for!

A chain is only as strong as its weakest link. Alas! the good habits of a team are also only as good as those of their weakest link.
